Tianjin, the first snow in 2008, was even more biting and cold than the financial crisis that just broke out. Wrapped in the central air-conditioning heater of the 27th floor office building, my coffee and I were getting cold. In addition, my father had been engaged in relevant material design, processing and inspection in Zhongyuan Oilfield. I had a preliminary idea.

From Beijing to Hong Kong, from India to Europe and the United States, from Dubai to Africa, I have done my homework on the chemicals product market. In the reversal of time difference, my idea has been confirmed. I have a good eye on the relatively competitive spice market in China, in which the fixative is widely used, the process is mature, the supply of raw materials is sufficient, and the downstream demand is strong and lasting. With the support and encouragement of my family and friends, I decided to start a daily chemicals additive project. At that time, the entrepreneurial trend was surging, and the national level also encouraged individuals to seize the opportunity to realize the value of life. I don't believe in fate, but there is indeed a pair of hands pushing me forward and rushing.

Holding the first bucket of gold, I really want to fall into the entrepreneurial project of nine deaths. I am not without hesitation. What should I do if I fall down? How can I turn back if I fail? What is waiting for me if I mess up? At that time, the encouragement from my family and friends gave me great comfort, which made me clearly realize that music students who are not entrepreneurs are not good DANCER.

In 2010, when the industrial agglomeration area of Fan County was pulling the flag and beating the drum to attract investment, and the preferential policies were implemented, it was my honor to return to my hometown to help the local economy take off. Site selection, filing, project evaluation, from the National Development and Reform Commission to the Land Bureau, from the Safety Supervision Bureau to the Environmental Protection Bureau, from the Industry and Information Bureau to the Fire Bureau, government departments at all levels and industrial clusters have given great help and support. When the project started, civil engineering, equipment procurement, installation and commissioning, there was not enough manpower. During the day, my old father, husband and I were workers, salesmen and stevedores, ranging from every screw to pump mixer. Sweat soaked clothes and moistened our persistence. In the evening, we discussed the production process with the workers, made work plans, searched upstream suppliers and mastered the latest market conditions. Our high will, in the bright starry sky, to meet every new tomorrow. During the trial production of the project, difficulties were encountered and the reactor in the workshop was not running normally. At that time, the stainless steel inner container with good acid and alkali resistance in the industry was selected, but when the raw and auxiliary materials were opened into the reactor, they could not react well and there were more residues. After repeated in-depth investigation by the factory director and the workshop director, it was found that the reactor and stirring kettle with enamel inner container were operated stably. According to the process reaction principle, it was inferred that the stainless steel inner container reactor needed to be replaced, which needed to be purchased again and installed and debugged again, time and material resources are consumed a lot. At this time, the financial pressure is under pressure, and the actual investment in project construction has exceeded my load, which is really difficult.

Go on, this is my only belief. After discussing with her husband, we sold the wedding house in Tianjin. Our parents extended a helping hand to mortgage the real estate loan and bought a new reactor. After debugging, the trial production went smoothly. These short three lines of words, at that time, I was full of sorrow, and now I am grateful to my family. I know each other well and do not expect anything in return.

The products are selling well, and orders from downstream buyers are pouring in. However, due to the economic friction between China and the United States and the price increase of related raw materials, the cost is increasing, and the profit margin is constantly squeezed. I actively communicate with traders and foreign buyers, stabilize and expand the product application market, standardize internal management, further improve rules and regulations, formulate product quality standards, strengthen process flow management, ensure the excellence and stability of product quality, improve the safety and environmental protection awareness of all staff, and organize technical personnel to carry out process renewal and transformation to reduce production costs. I also based on the sales price of the product, combined with the equipment, technology and other conditions of each process, calculate a reasonable consumption quota, and the consumption quota reduction index layer by layer to each process, each link. The company has also established a customer contact system to track the quality of the products produced by the company, and improve the after-sales service mechanism and system, so that the brand of Yuantai chemicals has won a good reputation among customers, and its customers have been continuously consolidated and expanded.
